I grew up in Glendale, Arizona and attended Arizona State University graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Parks and Recreation, Planning and Management.
I worked for the National Park Service for 27 years a Park Ranger and Manager in Law Enforcement and Emergency Services. I retired in January 2013 to allow my wife to pursue her career, and to start my second career, Real Estate.
I am married to the love of my life, Christine (Chris) Peapenburg. We celebrated our 24th anniversary November 26, 2018.
We have four children, Elizabeth attending Yavapai Community college in Prescott, Laura attending, Northern Arizona University, Katie managing a medical office in Southeast Texas, and Benjamin, a combat engineer in the U.S. Army stationed at Ft. Wainwright, AK. We also have five perfect grandchildren (and one more on the way) who we absolutely love to visit.
We are members of Trinity Lutheran Church in Prescott Valley and enjoy activities with family, serving as an elder at church, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, and serving as volunteers and as the President of the board of directors for Camp ALOMA in Prescott.
Mark has been a Realtor since 2013 and a Real Estate Broker since 2016. Chris is a Human Resource Assistant with the National Park Service currently working in Flagstaff, AZ.
